Program Fees Page

This page explains the Program Fees page within aXcelerate which allows you to update or information regarding an enrolment into a class.

Basic Steps

  1. Use the Basic Steps to access the student's enrolment for a class, see Program Subject Status & Enrolment for more information.

  2. Click the 
  3. The Qualification Fees and Invoicing form should be displayed on the Qualification Fees page. 

Notes For Specific Fields

Qualification Fees and Invoicing section
Fees forThe Fees for field should display the student name. A Class link to the class the student is enrolled in should be displayed.
Tuition Finance Code/Finance ModelSelect a Tuition Finance Code and Finance Model from the drop-down menu.
Fees Default to Model ValueTick the Fees Default to Model Value box if you wish for the tuition fees for the enrolment to inherit the default value from the finance model selected. NOTE: Selecting this box will lock the fee amount in the tuition fee field in the contribution sections.
Student Contribution section
Tuition Fee/PlanThe Tuition Fee/Plan field displays the dollar amount contributed by the Student and gives you the ability to select the applicable payment plan. To create a list of available payment plans, see the Payment Plans help guide.
ItemsThe Items field displays any items that are associated with the payment plan selected. To add an item to the student contribution, simply select the tick box next to the desired item.
Employer / Other Contribution section
Employer Contact

The Employer Contact field displays the employer for the student.

Tuition Fee/PlanThe Tuition Fee/Plan field displays the dollar amount contributed by the employer and gives you the ability to select the applicable payment plan for the enrolment. To create a list of available payment plans, see the Payment Plans help guide.
ItemsThe Items field displays any items that are associated with the payment plan selected. To add an item to the employer contribution simply select tick the box next to the desired item.
Action section - The Action section enables you to select numerous actions once the financial information for the enrolment is stored.
 Invoice the Student/Employer now To create an invoice for the student or employer, select the respective Invoice the Student/Employer now radio dial. 
View the enrolment summaryTo simply view the enrolment summary, make sure the View the enrolment summary radio dial is select.
