Create a Quick Invoice for a Student or Employer for a Class Enrolment 

 

Basic Steps

  1. Choose Accredited Training > Classes. 

  2. From the Class Details table, click the Class Name link. 

  3. Select the desired Student Name link from the Class Units and Students table. 

  4. You will be taken to the student's Program Details and Unit Status form on the Qualification Unit Status and Enrolment page. 
  5. Click the Finance Details link. 
  6. The Finance Details form will be displayed. 
  7. Tick the checkbox next to the items you wish to invoice the student or employer in their respective sections.
  8. Click the  icon to create an invoice, see Invoicing for more information on creating an invoice. 
  9. Click the   icon to view the open invoice, see Open and Locked Invoices for more information.
