Adding an Assessment Plan to a Class 

An Assessment Plan contains multiple different Assessment Tasks that are linked to a qualification. Utilising Assessment Plans allows a user to quickly link multiple Assessment Tasks to a Class Instance in the Class creation process. These Plans are imperative to successfully utilising Assessment Tasks and Assessment Authoring.

Basic Steps - Add a Class

  1. Choose Courses → Accredited Training → Classes
  2. Click Add New Class link at the top of the Classes page
  3. Fill in the Create a New Class form. For for information on these fields please see Notes for Specific Fields on this page.
  4. Do not click Submit yet.

Adding an Assessment Plan to a Class

  1. Follow the Basic Steps above. 
  2. Scroll to the Units to Include field. 
  3. On the right hand side under the Assessments sub field you will be able to select an Assessment Plan.
    1. Please note the Assessment Plans that display here will only be the Assessment Plans attached to the same qualification as the class. 
  4. Click Submit.
